My passion for baking began at the age of 10 and has since grown into something deeply personal. It all started with my grandmother, who continues to inspire me everyday through my passion for baking.

 

During my four years living in Japan, I had the opportunity to run my own small baking business, refining both my craft and creativity. I am now proud to bring that experience to Westwood. Baking holds a special place in my heart inspired by time spent in the kitchen with my grandmother. Outside of baking, I enjoy playing volleyball and spending time with my dog - but creating in the kitchen will always be where I feel most at home.
